Frozen Fury XI

After a nice day lounging by the pool we were all ready for Kings action.  But, just before the game we had dinner at the Shibuya located in the MGM Grand (remember, High Roller weekend). A very nice Japanese restaurant.

This was the first hockey game that I have been to.  It was totally awesome.  Now, I am not a big fan of fighting and boxing is out of the question.  Wrestling, no.   But damn, when these hockey players go at it, I got the biggest rush.  It scared me and I liked it, sooo out of character for me.  I definitely want to see another game (and fight..haa).  Don’t worry LA Lakers you are still number one in my book!

Lots of “firsts” on this Vegas trip.  Jase and I have been to Vegas plenty of times, but never rented a cabana, nor watched a hockey game at the hotel arena.  We sometimes fall into a rut when going to vacation spots we end up hitting the same restaurants.   I mean going to Hooters?  Hello?

What an awesome week for us.  Today seemed slow, but I am still detoxing.  I am drinking green tea as I type.
